Raja – Memorial

Raja came to HWAH in December 2019 when his family could no longer care for him, and this quiet and solitary little gent turned out to be quite the character!  He was a pro-napper who preferred sleeping alone in his soft bed, but also loved spending time outside, where he did non-stop smiling, walking, and exploring! Raja was not a cuddler, but we loved him just the way he was and respected his need for space…making sure he received treats and pats, a chin rub, and an ear scratch each night before lights out. This sweet 19-year-old pup experienced severe heart problems and went to Doggie Heaven in October 2020.
